Finding a good PLOC product

I'm pretty well intent on getting myself an unsecured PLOC setup at some point in the next few years.  I'm trying to shop for possible products to app but having a hard time finding good details or suggestions.  A local credit union, that I don't currently have any sort of relationship with, offers prime + 4% no annual fee.  I haven't spoken to them but I would want the line to be at least 15k preferably 25k.

Does anyone have any experiences to share with your PLOC product or be able to make any suggestions to me.  I'm a northern Indiana resident.  Also does getting a 15-25k PLOC on 70K income seem like a reasonable goal?  Scores and details in sig.

Prime +4 is an excellent rate for an unsecured LOC. I doubt you'll find better.

Two years ago I got a 15K PLOC from Prosper for 36 months at 5%.

That's a loan, not a LOC.
