Last night I called FP about an old, paid c/o cc that I had with them about 4 years ago. I have two ccs with them now. The CSR responded from her script, as expected, "First Premier will not remove accurate..." (you know the drill). I didn't expect much.
But then she suggested that I dispute the info. She implied that her company is kinda slow getting around to verifying old accounts that have been paid. I played stupid while she told me to file a dispute with the CRAs.
We'll see how this turns out. This is my only baddie (besides SLs) on my report.
