Flip Flop reporting on account

Can someone please explain why this account was flip flop back and forward previously to newly reported each time I disputed this account.  This alert say my score dropped 21pts.   Look at how it is reporting as of 2/5/08 as a collection account not a paid collection account.  I have DV the company which the letter was returned and I current have reported to EQ that the address is not right for some reason.  THis the second debt servicer to have had this account and I do not think the correct info is report do to the same DOLA = DOFD I do not think they should be the same.  This acct was open back in 99 or 2000. The show no date known for a opening date.  How can an acct be in reinvestigation in process when they have report an answer.  I that that the investigation is complete once you report an explaination/results to a dispute.

DOLA and DOFD might or might not be the same. DOLA would be at least equal to, if not greater than, the DOFD. DOLA can change and update over time, but DOFD remains fixed.
