I have tried for months to get them to correct my report.
It was paid in full years ago.
I made a plea to Curt who is the collection manager. (Voicemail)
Let him know I was getting ignored and all that.
No call backs.
No mail back.
I emailed the hospital Friday to see if they could help me but I just got a call from the hospital saying that Berks called them and has agreed to delete the account and they're going to fax me the UDF tomorrow so I have the proof.
The guy even called Berks and had Curt call me.
With Palisades probably backing down like they seem to do a lot, Berks removing the chargeoff and the other 3 coming off this month from Experian....
I'll finally be free on 2 credit reports.
I will have 2 700 scores.

Curt's extension is 205 so if you need to plead your case, there it is.

Unfortunately today is day 5 from my letter and Experian did nothing so the ITS letter didn't work and if it did I'll never know.

Berks was the absolute LAST company I thought would correct what they did.
Until all injustice by the Big 3 is corrected, there will be the need for the mask
TU - inquiries...can't be removed through disputes.
EX - inquiries...can't be removed through disputes. Plus the fact that today they told me they didn't issue the fraud alert that Equifax said they got from Experian...no clue what's going on there.
EQ - wrong dates on chargeoffs that should be coming off this month and not near the end of the year.
