Fraud Alert and Amex

Hey guys!!! My friend recently had an identity theft issue and has it pretty much straightened out, but has a fraud alert on her reports.  Her scores are in the low 700's and she wants to apply for Amex Blue...how will her applying for amex work?

She should call in and apply... Otherwise they will call her to ask the standard identifying questions.
