Has anyone delat with Fred J Hanna before? I have a Bank of America account that is in collections however I dispute with them because they (FRED J) showed on my account that the account has been current for 7 months which is a bunch of crap. They only notified me last month about this and I want to know why the reported to Equifax that my account has been current when it has been charged off for 3 years?
I have never delth with tehse guys before anyone have any advice?
