GW Letter to Discover - What now?

I got my answer back from Discover yesterday to my GW letter sent last week.  What I got back was the standard computerized form letter stating "accurate information cannot be removed."

I have been a customer of Discover for 21 years and frankly, I am very upset that I am being treated as a pure number.  Does anyone have a PERSON that I could send a new letter to?  This is the only 30 day late on this account.  Util is at 9% and it is 21 years old...this should be the gem of my TLs.  The late was from 2005.

Thanks!

Re: GW Letter to Discover - What now?

Well, I'm in the same boat, mine are 6 years old and fall off in Summer of 09. Mine were caused by 9/11 but nope they wouldn't budge. But! I once got an interview years ago by faxing Merk my resume every day for a year, so the way I see it, I'm going to have to do the same. I want to buy a house this summer, my scores are close to 700, by having this gone I would be over 700. Call the number on the bottom. The guy is a real jerk, so just ask for anyone that can help, just not him!
