Need some advice from the experts...I had a repo back in 2004. It was only showing on my TU report. I kept disputing it and it finally got deleted because I don't think they responded. I still have some late notations on my EQ (120+) & TU (90) on another car I bought from the same dealer. My question is do I risk doing a GW and it possibly be reinserted? I know they don't suppose to be able to add back when been taken off. It has been almost 3yrs..so the weight on it is not as strong. But this is 1 of 2 thing on my cr from being perfect. I think I am going to roll the dice. Has anybody had any success in this case?
