We have a repo with them that we've been trying to goodwill away --- NO SUCCESS WHATSOEVER!!!! I can point you in the direction of people to write to and, they will indeed write you back but, don't expect much. I have not found them easy to deal with at all. Actually, I asked to extend a payment one day (as most companies allow you to do this). Little did I know that it counted as a 30 day late payment! I didnt realize this until AFTER I had requested the date to be extended. And even though I paid the truck off early they were NOT willing to budge whatsoever. So be AWARE of those notices that allow you to SKIP a payment. it's 30 late on the CB.
