GW and Ford Motor Credit

I read several post where no one is having luck with Ford Motor Credit removing lates.

Has anyone found a good address for someone within the company that may have more luck?

The problem is, I don't think there should be as many lates as they are.

However, I know that the older late pays are, the less they hurt........The account has been paid off for just over 2 years(1 year earlier than scheduled) so any lates would be at least 2 1/2 years old. Are they hurting much at all?

The more I get into the way a TL gets scored-

The more I feel you only get hit once per TL-

I would move on to more recent items and working on building-
