GW letter Providian ...address?, outcome?

I am preparing to write a goodwill letter to Providian for an old CC.

Anyone had any luck on a paid collection?  What address is a good one?

Sorry, no but I wanted to tell you my experience.  I had an old card with them that had some derog info listing on EX.  I disputed as incorrect info (true to my recollection) as they were reporting derogs on some CBRs but not all.  They wiped the entire TL within days.

So, had you tried an online dispute?  If not, you might want to.
