GW letter for Chase home Finace

Hello I wrote chase home finance a GW letter to see if they would remove two 30 day lates over a year old off my report. They sent a letter to me stating that they do not remove or delete.

Has anyone else had luck with them? I thought they would delete because we paid off our mortgage with the sale of our house...

I have Chase Home Finance currently and have found them easy to deal with.  I have not had any lates with them though.  Are you preparing to finance another home?

Try sending out another GW letter...because one person said NO, doesn't mean another won't.  It's worth a try.
