GW letters, phone, etc

Who do you target in a GW letter?  I have tried by phone on a couple of accounts with Customer Service and always get the "by law we must report accurately"  Any advice on how to tackle this issue would be great

I sent mine attn: CEO.

I am not sure who exactly read it, but I also tried by phone  several times and was told they do not delete accurate information from the CRA's. It was paid and was a valid debt. (Medical)

I received my original letter back the same week I mailed it and at the bottom, someone had written that it would be deleted. It was gone a few days later.

Also, you may want to Google and see if you can get an executives name for the company. It may not hurt to address it to them or their secretary.

Customer service is useless!!   try sending to the address listed on you CR.
