I found out today that a company i financed a car through is now reporting to CRAs, which they were not doing when I had a loan through them. I spoke with a customer service rep, and her supervisor, who was hollering from across the room.
I was informed that since they started reporting on new accounts in May2005, and I paid mine off in July 2005, they couldn't post to the CRAs. Is this true, can they not report me because Of when they started reporting, or is this another, we can't means we won't, line of BS.
Any guesses on who I should send my GW letter to, and how I might schmooze up nice to that person. Not sure how to word it since I am trying something, I have not seen covered in this forum yet.
