GW success lates removed!

I just got some great new from a GW letter. My mortgage company removed 7 late payments. The late payments are from 2005, does anyone know if it will help my score? Thank you to everyone on this board your the best thank you, thank you, thank you!!

That is wonderful. A lot of mortgage companies are really coperating with their clients lately through this whole subprime meltdown mess. Good Luck and keep up the hard work :-)

can you post a copy of your letter please? what mortgage company was it? I tried GW'ing GMAC and Citi Group, and HSBC and they all declined.

wowww congrats congrats congrats!!! now i am and a couple others are:

-waiting to see who your mortgage company is

-waiting to see if you will post the gw letter

**crosses fingers and chants** please say countrywide please say countrywide..lol..i have one that i am ready to write up and fire off...and regardless of who your mortgage company is..

- who did you address your letter to?

and furthermore..my best guess and i feel absolutely positive about...you should definately see an increase in your score..if a late can destroy your score wouldnt it make sense that removing them would increase it?...i hope that logic works..congrats again..please keep us posted
