I recently bought my condo from my my landlord. She is financing the loan personally. She also owns her own mortgage brokerage company. How can I get FICO credit for my mortgage payments with this arrangement? My FICO score is 700 but I want to increase it, and I know mortgage payments reported in good standing could help me substantially. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
