Getting good CCs with COs...

I've got 5 charge offs for CCs on my CRs
2 Cap 1 (2004)
2 WAMU (2004)
1 Sears (2005)
All balance 0 - paid settlements

I have open 2 CCs
HSBC (open 16 months) cl $400
Orachard (Open 16 months) CL $500

Is there much hope for getting good credit cards with this kind of profile?  My scores are all above 650.

amex delta would be a good option.

There's a BK in 1998 that falls off in a year.  Does this affect AMEX approval?

It shouldn't unless they were included in the BK.

They weren't.

Would I apply on the Delta site or AMEX?

i agree with dazed.

I got Amex with the following on my reports.

8 derogs, all charged off, all $0 as of August 2006.
no BK though.

Score when approved for Amex was 574 with only $500 CL CapOne open.

Re: Getting good CCs with COs...

Unfortunately I was rejected.
The Sears stopped reporting on 2/06 - transferred to another office
Paid a collections account on 5/06

So since these things are less than 24 months old, and I have a bankruptcy I was declined.

I guess I'll just have to chill and wait another year.  Score was 651.  Any ideas?

For AMEX Delta? If so, go ahead and apply for AMEX Green and AMEX Hilton. You likely won't incur more than 1 INQ per CRA if you apply today. Generally they pull EX, maybe TU as well.
