I have a collection on my CR that I know is not mine, I sent the CA a DV letter given them the 30 days but never recieved any reply so I sent them another both sent CMRRR still no reply, i sent TU a copy of both CMRRR and letters asking for delete but they refused. what do I do now ? TU just disputes it again and says it comes back verified. I have diputed this like 100 x's since Nov of 06. I feel like CA wins even though i know it isn't my debt
