I'm in shock. I never thought I'd ever have so much credit. Prosper will carry a heavy interst rate (17.9%)for me,but it will help me buy a house. I hope to pay it off early,or refi. in some way in a year or so.
And I herby promise to be careful and responsible with my credit, and will not be posting in the future due to debt cause by stupidity. LOL!
Hope you weren't planning a mortgage in the next year.. Congrats on the new accounts..
Thanks for the congrats.
I'm going to use the cash from the 2 loans to pay cash for an REO home. I'm in a hurry to buy and there are so many great deals on the market so I figured I'd buy low,and just take the hit on the interest for now. I plan to pay off the loans early to save on the interest as well as possibly looking at other ways to refi the prosper one in a year or so, by then I should be able to get a persoanl loan,or home equity loan.
Just glad to finally get the ball rolling with a home purchase
Wow.. wish we had REO's that cheap around here.. Congrats again..
congrats!!!
