Thanks everyone for the great and knowledgeable advice. Today my TU score jumped from 516 to 549 and my EQ to 546. I am still waiting for a response from two PFD letters and a GW letter. They are moving up and I am so excited. I only wish someone had disclosed the importance and the rules of credit and how FICO works when I was given 7 credit cards my first day of college.
That's how I got all of my credit cards...during the first week of classes (and this was 9 years ago). What did I know? I got some really cool, free things like a water bottle...
