Gw to JCP

Since I've been a card holder with JCP for over 10 years, I hope they will make a gw adjustment for two lates.   I mailed the letter out about one week ago.

Have any of you had good luck with JCP & how long did it take?

I sent a GW out to JCP about a week ago as well for 3 lates. I paid their card off in full last month, so I'm hoping they'll oblige. I'll post what the results are. Good Luck with yours! :-)

Hon, they did a GW adjustment for about 7-9 lates for me! They sent me a nice letter about 3 weeks or so after I initially contacted them. And I actually didn't even send them a letter, just emailed them from my card account.

How long does it usually take to hear back when you mail off a GW? A couple weeks?
