HARD OR SOFT PULLS?

So i looked at a copy of my EQ today and in the sections under inquiries it shows Fair Isaac monthly pulls for monitoring on here under both soft and hard  inquiries. I mean the PenFed and NFCU ARs are under the soft ones where they belong. This certainly isn't correct is it?

You definitely aren't getting hit with HPs from a monitoring service.

I can't imagine Fair Issac doing hard pulls for monitoring.
