HARD TO CLEAN UP-EQUIFAX!!!!!!!

I am having a very difficult time cleanin' up my equifax report (525) and dropping. I have 6 collection accts remaining 4 AFNI/verizon accts(sent media ltr) 6yr collect acct 9/2001 (waiting for drop off) and a repo from 12/06 (bal 4,000) should I dv or pfd. I aslo have 4 new cc accts. is it possible that the new cc are hurting my score. any advice is appreciated.

Equifax sucks. Anyway, if the repo is still with the OC try to PFD. If with a CA, try DV. Your new cc accts are probably hurting your score right now, but will help in the long run if you keep them in good standing.

Equifax hates me also. They take 3x longer than the other two to respond to my disputes, and even with good things going on and EX/TU going up, the EQ score keeps on dropping...

Start 2/2008: TU 495 || EX 539 || EQ 528
Now 5/2013: TU 716 || EX ??? || EQ 702

I paid AFNI in January, they were still reporting unpaid so I disputed and they removed from each all three bureaus.

I am a believer as well!!!
