Can the CA put a "Date Opened" that is the same as the date they purchased the debt or should the date opened be the Date of the actual charge off?
The Charge off Date is April 2004 and the CA purchases the debt in January 2006 the CA has a an entry on experian report under its name showing Date Opened Jan 2006
