I rented a house and paid First, Last and Deposit. I stayed there 3 months and water leak. They refused to pay water leak and turned my water off. Placed a note on the door I have 3 days to get out. I told them I wasn't going to pay a months rent until they got water turned back on and could use last months rent check to have water leak fixed. They still refused. Anyway, I moved and went to court.
They placed a judgement (their inlaws were the attorney and judge of the town).
The judgement was placed $1175 on 4/25/01. Will that go off 4/25/08 or can they renew it?
