HI GUYS, I NEED THE EXPERTS..PLEASE ADIVISE!!!

My score went from 590's to 636.  I am now in the process of securing a loan. I need to lock in a new rate and cash out to help my mom and my business.  Lender offered 9.3 and which is insane to me.  Does anyone have any negotiating tips. I need to get this done asap.  Thanks   Julie

With a score of 636 9.3 may be as good as it gets.  Have you tried joing a crdit union?  their rates are generally a lot more favorable
