When we used to own rentals we used another service I can't recall who. We only cared about judgements, liens, evictions, and foreclosures.
Where we live these don't show on a regular credit report. Now more than ever Tax liens don't show up on a regular report and that is one of the factors we watched. Our theory has always been if you had an eviction no way we would rent to you. Foreclosure maybe but probably not.
