I have a charge off from HSBC LV which I disputed and I honestly do not believe was ever mine. With that in mind. I disputed with the big 3 and it came back verified. I received a letter HSBC stating they noticed I disputed and possibably on my credit report it is listed as HSBC Bank FKA HHLB which it is not.
I sent HSBC a Certified mail letter asking for them to please send me something proving that this is my account this was sent on April 27th. A signature card something anything proving that this is in fact my account.
I also sent the big 3 Certified letters asking that they provide me with their corespondence to HSBC none have responded.
It has been over 30 days for everyone. Now how do I get this off of my credit

Date open 8/2002
Date closed 2/2003
Date Verified 11/2003
I have called HSBC and they are saying I don't have an account with them.
How do I get this removed
