I sent GW's to Best Buy (HSBC) and Home Depot (Citibank) asking them to remove some derogs. They both turned me down. Should I try again next month or give up and just wait five years for the bad marks to fall off? Thanks!
Thanks, I'll write them again next month. By the way, Chase replied that they are removing the derogs from two years ago as they say it isn't in their system anymore. I'm really happy about that as it affected my DH's score as well. Thanks!
