I had 2 backtoback 60 days from over a year ago. I have since paid the account off. I wrote them back in February asking to delete the late payments. They replied about a month later saying they could not delete the late payments as they are true to the account. I immediately wrote back stating I understand, but would like if they could just delete all records of the account instead. It's been about the same time as the first and I haven't heard anything. Has anyone had luck with Dell deleting anything?
