Has anyone herd of First Equity Card.

I have had a rash of pre-approvals in the mail lately. The latest from First Equity Business card to a business that I shut down 9 years ago. Can this happen? The bank does not have a phone number with a live person. Weirding me out. Has anyone herd of them before?
If we never set higher goals we would never get as far.

I believe their market is small businesses and applications are by invitation.  Never worked with them and do not know their reputation.

I get emails from them all the time.  I just hit the delete button and delete them.
