Has anyone removing 30 days late payments successfully?

I have received my credit reports upon request. I see a few late payments with Volkswagen Corporate. Does anyone has a sample letter stating a request for removing remarks of late payments on the credit report?

I am learning how to clean up my credit reports. Please feel free to let me know if you have a sample letter that I can write to Volkswagen Corporate. I hope that would help with my FICO.
