Does having a auto loan, mortgage, or CC with the same bank help you get another product with that same bank, Lets say I have Bank of America Cash Rewards and Alaska Airlines VISA will this help me if I wanted an auto loan with BofA or Mortgagem will it work vice versa aswell?

It can but one can't rely solely on relationship. Credit still matters more. Impact of relationship is going to vary by creditor as they're not all identical.
