So I just did my annual free credit report and to my suprise my dad's activity showed up with mine, what do I do to get it off my report?

You would dispute any accounts that are his as not yours and indicate that they belong to your father.
Experian did sometihing similiar with me and my daughter. I was shown as an "also known as" on her credit report and her name was shown as an "also known as" on my report. I called and they straightened it out. However, I am thinking a letter might be in order for your situation. I am sure someone in these forums has had that happen.
Good luck and don't give up. Sometimes it takes many letters and/or calls to straighten thiings out.
