Help with disputing Experian

I've disputed Experian online in the past, but now I can't go back and redispute an item that has been verified even though it was over 10 months ago. Is there a time limit on when you can redispute? I guess I'll have to call personally.

Experian is very customer unfriendly.  Follow Timothy's advice and write a letter to them, send it by trackable means.  If they do not answer within the 30 days, then send a stern letter to them.

It will take work with them, so do not give up.  I think this is what they hope you will do.
