Help with my pfd!!!

I just called the company to pay my account in full since I recieved that letter from my previous thread that they will delete. The guy that answered the phone said its not their policy to delete the record from my report. He said thats "extremely interesting". He even saw the letter i recieved. What do I do?

Make Payment ASAP!!! before he can make waves, see this is part of what I posted about in my last thread, Questions for the Magistates ....

Make payment and wait for them to respond, then send a follow up letter rubbing their nose in it to delete it from your record, if not you now have grounds to sue.

That's exactly why I never call these people. Always send via CMRRR or Fedex.
