What is the procedure that does require the CA or OC to provide proof (signature) that I did agree to pay said debt? I have a collection from a utility company that as far as I remember I paid COD.
There is no proof of signature unless it is a case of fraud. Even then there is not necessariyly a signature required. I have opened many a credit card accunt online and never produced a signature for an app.That being said, it the issues is that the debt has beeen paid, it would be up to you to furnish proof of said payment
