I'm in MD and they pulled my EQ ( I used the whogavemecredit web-site to match my scores with who would grant credit at my score number) and was approved but not sure on limit, the web-site said they will mail me specifics within 7-10 days.

It is very possible they are blacklisting you if all of your other qualifications are good.

You could call and ask-
