I am not sure what program you are speaking of but, if you have to pay someone to raise your score it is either a scam or just not likely to happen. Why waste the money when you can do everything yourself.
Keep in mind that credit repair can be a long road but so worth it.
The first thing you need to do is get all of your credit reports from: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/order.
Go over them carefully. List all of the negatives back here, leaving out personal info, and someone will reply.

If the 720 score for $750 thing was true, it would be worth every penny.
It's up to YOU to raise your own score. It will take time, more time and ever more patience.
