How do I dispute with EX without a report number?

I purchased my EX credit report through experian.com (Feb 28), privacy matters, and truecredit.com. None of them have a report number. I have an item on my CR that I need to dispute and was wondering how to go about doing this without having the number. I have to fax it to them and include some information from the FTC's website about how this company defrauded their customers.

I also just tried to purchase it again from experian.com and it I couldn't get it, even after attempting to pay. Why are they so difficult???

I also bought my report from Experian.  Go to view report, then on the top toward the right, it will say dispute.  If you click on that it will give you the cr with a number on it.  Then you just go to the item you want to dispute and click on it.

Thanks. What a headache, I spent forever looking for it. Their crappy website could use some serious improvements with usability.

Do not forget to write down the report number.  You will need it to view the results.
