How long do they have to remove ?

I had an inaccurate collection account removed on Tuesday by the OC.  The OC went to the CA's website, logged in and withdrew my acocunt.  Is there a legal requirement for the timeframe the CA has to get their BS off my report?

I would dispute it-

Yes- The OC can not report information is knows is inaccurate-

They end up falling under the same 30 day window-
