How old til they die away

I have looked and read without finding, so here I ask.

I have old credit cards closed and paid in full years ago. Some date back to 2000

When do they vanish from my credit report?

good TL stay 10 years from date closed    bad ones 7 years.

You want good ones to stay as long as poss.!!!!!!  they add history to your CR.
