I was recently notified by Chase of fradulent activity - I am sure it was due to the data breach at JP Morgan Chase because the card that was compromised is one that I activated and IMMEDIATELY placed under lock in a safe deposit box and NEVER used it on line or at ANY merchant. Now I am paranoid. AFter rebuilding my credit over the past 2 years, I do not want any issues. How do I go about putting a freeze on my credit report so that any inquiry requires a PIN or higher level verification?
