Can some one answer these questions please?

1. Is the sol for ca a written contract or c. card? I have a collection after me for a credit card, but if a ca bought it does it become a written contract or stay as a cc. In my state AR, a cc is 3 yrs and a written contract is 6 so this could be important.

2. I pulled up a list of collection agency licensed in Ar, and National Recovery and Firstsource is not on it, does this mean they are not licensed?

Whatever the account is to begin with is what it remains, no matter who owns it.

I'd always double check with the state agency responsible for collection agency licensing.

SOL for a CC  is 3 years   from DOFD
