I called and was transferred 3 times.

I called cap one to get a balance to PFD, I was transferred 3 times finally back to the law firm I got a settlement amount from. Does that mean Cap One no longer ownes this debt?

Try 800 258 9319. I was given this number in my CapOne thread and that's how I got info on the account. Well some info, they didn't give me the balance but mine was settled 5-6 years ago.
