I can't believe this; Can someone help please..

Smiley Mad hey everyone, hope that you're doing better than I am... Well I came home from work today to only to see bad news in my email inbox.  I EQ score has decreased 28pts. due to collection that was previously deleted about 2months ago. My question is aren't they suppose to notify you concerning the account before putting it on back on your CR. I think the original owner sold the acount and I don't even know they company that has it now.

What steps should I take???

Thanks for the help in advance
