Hey marine.....What kind of car did you get?? just being nosey.
I guess I should have been more clear. It wasn't a NEW car loan. It was a new car LOAN. It was a 2000 Chevy S-10 for my son.
Cool! I have a 2002 S10 and just love it.
Thx for sharing and the encouragement. I believe if I could get my school loan lates off my 7 accts, it would really affect my score. My other info is similar to yours, though I have some older things that hopefully don't affect as much. Some day, maybe next year, I might have a nice credit report. That is, if I find another job quickly! You never know what a day will bring.
Congratulations on a job well done!
It's Christmas...............................No, its April Fools day ROTFL
MVV......I would be proud too, if i had a FICO of 800!!!
Sweeet!!!
One day, one day...
I was going through some old papers today and found an Equifax score I had bought on 7/2/2006. It was a 663. It said my credit risk is "Poor". Oh really?
The key factors affecting my score:
* Being seriously late or having derogatory indicators/remarks on your credit obligations is being reported on your credit file.
* The proportion of balances to credit limits (high credit) on your revolving/charge accounts is too high.
* There is evidence of multiple accounts with missing payments or having derogatory indicators/remarks reported.
* You have a relatively high number of accounts with balances.
What a difference just a few years can make.
