I have a collection agency on my report and they don't exist anymore, how do I get it out?

there is a collection agency on my report from a hospital I went to a few years ago.  when I looked up the collection agency to do something about it they don't exist anymore.  what should I do now to resolve this and finally get them out of my report?

Who's the CA, and what contact info, if any, do you have for them?
