I'm Flipping the Bird...

to Charter One.  Getting DH added to my checking account cost THREE HARDS.
 
I've written to the corporate office and they're *looking into this*.  These THREE HARDS appear as though I'm searching for a loan.  Bunch of A$$HOLES.
 
THREE HARDS ON ONE BUREAU....HEAVY HANDS!

Ridiculous....and I'm NOT dropping this issue.  They can recode as soft.

1 hard is acceptable 3 is not.
 
I know often if they don't want to recode, you can send a letter the CRA's and have them pool the Inq that way you have ONE USA Bank and next to it there are the dates for everytime they pulled.

IMO    I always file a complaint with the FTC   Some banks are trying to pull hards using the reason that it is for ID.........make them remove all hards
