My Fico has saved me and can save you too!!!!
I have belonged to this site since June 2007 and to be honest I liked the info and everything sounded good but writing gw letters, writing dv letters, making calls and faxes and sending certified mail ughh. Seemed too much like work for me so I just thought well I will just make sure my bills are paid on time and my credit will get up there. I was stuck and stuck at below 500 scores. Realizing I had been stuck for over 10 years with about the same score and having to deal with ARM morgtages of 13%, car loans of 18% and just all and all getting raped with interest because of my credit. (I make a good living so these companies LOVED seeing me come their way.)
Well I decided to read read and read again on this site and the helpful forums and even listing my full report for full anazlyzation from the experts. The people on this site are so helpful it is like we have our own large support group (hey maybe that can be our CU group lol)
On Jan31st I pulled my reports and holy heck wasn't even close to 500 on some scores. Didn't have any credit cards at all...
Now after not even 90 days I have gone up over 100 points, Started apping and I have gained starting credit cards of macy's 100cl, crown jewelers 1500cl, home depot 1000cl, zales 500cl, orchard 300cl,
best buy rewards mastercard 300cl and just got offered the boa 99/500 card.
My scores will rise with these new additions and I know some of these will grow with me as well.
Still have some credit repair to do but not much at all. Mostly will be playing defense against re-aging and re-inserting lol.
